Hula hoop teams

Hula Hoop Game: Hula hoop teams

1) This game is played with a hula hoop.
2) This is a team game and it is played with 2 - unlimited players.
3) Since there are teams, the amount of players must be even on each team.
4) This game is best played on grass.
5) After teams are formed, each team takes their hula hoops and sees who can keep it up the longest without the hula hoop falling to the ground.
6) Once everyone starts to hula hoop, hands cannot be used.
7) As long as one player remains on a team, that team can still keep going.
8) The team who lasts the longest wins.

Hula hooper

Hula Hoop Game: Hula hooper

1) This game is played with a hula hoop.
2) It is played with 2 - unlimited players.
3) This game is best played on grass.
4) Each player takes a hula hoop and sees who can keep it up the longest without the hula hoop falling to the ground.
5) Once everyone starts to hula hoop, hands cannot be used.
6) The player that lasts the longest wins.

High throw

Ball Game: High throw

1) This game is played with a small rubber handball.
2) It is played with 2 players.
3) It is best played on grass.
4) One player starts by throwing the ball in the air underhanded. The other player must catch the ball with one hand.
5) Whoever catches the ball two times first wins the game.
6) Each player takes turns throwing the ball.
7) The player who wins a point always throws next.

Slap ball

Ball Game: Slap ball

1) This game is played with a small rubber handball.
2) It is played with 2 players.
3) This game must be played on a hard ground so ball will bounce.
4) One player starts by hitting the ball with their palm facing ball. The other player has to hit it back to them the same way. If a player does not hit the ball back with their palm or ball goes past them, the other player gets a point.
5) The player who wins a point always serves next.
6) Whoever gets 10 points first wins.

Fewest jumps

Jumping Game: Fewest jumps

1) This game is played with 2 - unlimited players.
2) For this game you will need to make a line in the sand or grass to stand behind for each jump.
3) Make another line 15 feet away from that one.
4) The goal is to see how many jumps it takes to cross the finish line.
5) Whoever crosses the finish line in the fewest jumps wins.
6) The final jump must be on or past the finish line to count. It is measured by the back heel of the foot or sneaker, not the front.

Longest jump

Jumping Game: Longest jump

1) This game is played with 2 - unlimited players.
2) For this game you will need to make a line in the sand or grass to stand behind for each jump.
3) Each player gets three attempts to jump the furthest. Their longest jump of the three will count.
4) Whoever can jump the furthest in three attemps will win.
5) Each player takes their three jumps in a row then the next player goes.
6) The jump distance is measured by the back heel of the foot or sneaker, not the front.
7) A chalk line can be made for the distance mark of jump.

Volleyball hits

Volleyball Game: Volleyball hits

1) This game is played with a volleyball and net. (Another ball can be substituted if you don't have a volleyball.)
2) It is played with 2 players.
3) One player serves the ball and the other player has to hit it back over the net. If a player lets the ball hit the ground before hitting it back over the net or the ball does not make it over the net, the other player gets a point.
4) Bother players alternate between serving on each turn.
5) Whoever gets to 10 points first wins the game.

Penalty kicks

Soccer Game: Penalty kicks

1) This game is played with a soccer ball and net. (Another ball can be substituted if you don't have a soccer ball.)
2) It is played with 2 players.
3) Make a mark that each player has to stand behind to shoot on each shot. Each player can stand as far away from the line as they want, but must not stand on or in front of the line.
4) The other player plays goalkeeper and tries to block the kicks.
5) The goal is to get the ball in the net the most in five kicks.
6) After five kicks are taken by player 1, the other player kicks and player 1 plays goalkeeper.
7) Whoever scores the most in five kicks wins.
8) If score is tied after five kicks, then sudden death happens and the first player to score a goal in that round wins. Players alternate between kicker and goalkeeper after each kick. If player 1 scores, player 2 must score on that round or player 1 will win.

Backwards ball

Basketball Game: Backwards ball

1) This game is played with a basketball and hoop. (Another ball can be substituted if you don't have a basketball as long as it can go in the hoop.)
2) It is played with 2 - unlimited players.
3) Make a mark that each player has to stand behind to shoot on each shot. Each player can stand as far away from the line as they want, but must not stand on or in front of the line.
4) The goal is to score the first basket while facing away from the basket.
6) All shots must be taken with back facing basket and shot overhead.
5) Whoever gets the first basket in wins, unless other player or players get their shot in on the same turn.
7) If one player gets the ball in first, then the next player or players has to get the ball in also on their turn or else the first player who got it in wins.
8) If both or more players get the ball in on same turn, then tied players each shoot again until tie is broken.

Never miss

Basketball Game: Never miss

1) This game is played with a basketball and hoop. (Another ball can be substituted if you don't have a basketball as long as it can go in the hoop.)
2) It is played with 1 - unlimited players.
3) Make a mark that each player has to stand behind to shoot on each shot. Each player can stand as far away from the line as they want, but must not stand on or in front of the line.
4) The goal is to score as many points as you can in a row without missing a basket.
5) Each shot that goes in the hoop is 1 point.
6) Whoever gets the most shots in a row in the basket wins.
7) If the game is tied among players, each player starts over again. Whoever shoots the most baskets in a row wins.
8) If you are playing by yourself, see how many shots in a row you can get in the basket.

Score in five minutes

Basketball Game: Score in five minutes

1) This game is played with a basketball and hoop. (Another ball can be substituted if you don't have a basketball as long as it can go in the hoop.)
2) It is played with 1 - unlimited players.
3) Make a mark that each player has to stand behind to shoot on each shot. Each player can stand as far away from the line as they want, but must not stand on or in front of the line.
4) The goal is to score as many points as you can in five minutes of shooting the basketball.
5) One player keeps track of the time while the other player shoots.
6) Each player has to get their own ball if it misses the net and bounces far, so do not shoot a wild shot or you will have to travel far to get the ball.
7) Each shot that goes in the hoop is 1 point.
8) Whoever has the most points after five minutes wins.
9) If the game is tied among players, each player in the tie shoots for one minute each to break the tie. Whoever has the most points wins.
10) If you are playing by yourself, see how many points you can get in five minutes.

Variation - The game can be played for seven minutes instead of five minutes for each player.
